Flavours may vary depending on stock availability. If an item in your gift box is not in stock, we will swap it out for a similar product the same or higher value!

How is your gift packaged?

Our bespoke gift boxes are presented in our custom XO Gifts black luxe gift box. Your gift treats are nestled within black shred, wrapped in custom XO black and gold tissue then securely closed with a luxury black fitted bow.

A selection of our gifts are packaged within our custom XO-Eco flip boxes, gift drawers and hand-woven market baskets. This will be noted in the gift box description.

Do we offer message cards?

Yes! Our premium black and gold foiled "Just For You" XO message cards are FREE with every gift order.

Why can't I add to cart?

If you cannot see an "add to cart" button, this means the product is for build a box only. Please click here, to curate this item into your very own custom gift box!

I'm not ordering a gift box, but I'd like to send a "single item" as a gift. Will this arrive gift wrapped?

We'll giftwrap any purchased single item, free of charge, IF you have left us a note for your message card so we know you're sending this as a gift. Please also feel free to just leave us a note at check out, stating you'd like your order gift wrapped. Easy!

Do you deliver on weekends?

Unfortunately, our courier cannot deliver to some areas Nationwide over the weekend. If you have an URGENT gift you need delivered on a Saturday, give us a call by 12pm Friday - and we'll do our best to accommodate this!
