You can either add multiple items to your cart and complete your purchase, or for more than 5+ gifts, with delivery to different addresses download our handy bulk order form here and email it back to us at sales@xogifts.co.nz and we'll take care of the rest.
If you need gift suggestions, simply reach out and our team can help put some bespoke options together for you and even design branded products or packaging to pull it all together!
We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are closed weekends and public holidays, including Canterbury Anniversary Day.
Customer service via online chat, phone and email is available weekdays 9:30am to 2:30pm, with extended hours through the end of year gifting season (Nov/Dec).
We are an online only business, however with our office and warehouse all under one roof we are able to offer click and collect.
If you are based in Christchurch (our warehouse is located at 5 Stark Drive, Wigram) and you would like to use click and collect, simply complete your purchase and at checkout you will see the free option to pick the gift up.
Usually we require at least one business day to have the order ready for pick up, however if you need it sooner call us on 0800 84 84 82 and we will try our best to have it ready at your preferred time.
We ship all across New Zealand and beyond. Urgent (1-2 business days), Standard (3-5 business days) Rural (3-5 business days) and Same-Day delivery (order by 2pm weekdays) are all available delivery services from our courier.
Same-day delivery: available within Christchurch City only. (Some outer areas are eligible) If your recipient address is within the delivery area, "Same-Day" will appear as a shipping option at check out.

Upon placing your order, you'll receive order confirmation. Once we have processed your order in-house, and have assigned a courier label to your parcel, another email will arrive to your inbox with your tracking details.
My tracking link has no info or updates?
Hang tight! Your tracking link will only activate with updated delivery details once the courier has picked up and scanned your parcel on board their delivery vehicle.

Of course! Once your order is dispatched (you'll receive a "Picked Up" email), please allow 1 business day for our team to process your receipt/invoice. (time frame may vary during peak gifting seasons!)
