Don’t worry, the XO experience hasn’t changed. Every gift is still thoughtfully hand packed by our XO Gifting Team using our signature premium black and gold presentation, nestled in premium tissue and shred, sealed with an XO sticker, and finished with a hand tied bow.

Same day and urgent overnight deliveries may need to have item swaps if we are experiencing a supply issue. We’ll ALWAYS swap with a similar premium item worth the same or more value, never less!
