This Tennessee Whiskey is made using a tried and true process of passing the newly distilled whiskey through 10 foot high mellowing vats packed with sugar maple charcoal to create a unique flavour combination echoing Wood, Cinnamon, Chocolate, Raisin and Cane sugar.
