Conscientious and Considerate

I placed an order for my friend’s birthday but courier was not able to deliver it on the date requested.I rang their office and hoping they can do something about the concern.I was informed by their staff if my friend will not receive it at the end of the day it will be personally delivered by XO staff.Due to business close on a Saturday and Sunday, the gift was delivered on Monday which was three days late. Staff apologise for the delay and admitted their mistake .I do admire the attitude of your staff by taking responsibility of the incident and sending a small token.Things happen unexpectedly and its how we react and handle these situations .Will definitely order again!Thanks XO team!
