Patrizia’s Oat Crackers are a savoury shortbread made by combining finely cut rolled oats and wholemeal flour. These cracker biscuits taste great on their own but they can be made a little more glamourous by adding a nice chutney and a slice of brie if you prefer. All you need is a nice pinot to round it off!
