An award winning salami, inspired by the European style cured meats coupled with New Zealand’s remarkable wild game. Produced in small batches and sourced locally, all Gathered Game products use natural ingredients: wild venison mixed with herbs and spices. Gluten free, dairy free and born wild. All our venison is gathered from across New Zealand’s remarkable wilderness. Each batch of hand crafted salami can be tracked back to the exact location of the wild deer which created it. Sourced from licensed sustainable sources, tested and processed in a certified facility we bring you New Zealand’s most authentic salami.
