27 Seconds - Pinot Gris

A wine packed full of personality.

27 seconds purposely crop Pinot Gris grapes low in the vineyard. Meaning the grapes are intense with flavour when it comes to harvest time. This intensity shows through the wine as a beautiful mix of Pear, Honey and Spice.

Needless to say, they are very proud of this wine.
